Return Policy:

We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@faeforestfungi.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee:

4% restocking fee

Returns for reasons other than defect or damage are subject to a 4% restocking fee. Notify us within 10 business days of receipt. Ship items back with sufficient packaging, including the original box and a copy of your invoice.

Circumstances for Return & Refund:

Wrong Product: If you received the wrong product, please email photos of the incorrect item to support@faeforestfungi.com. We will send you a return shipping label, and once the item is in transit back to us, we will ship the correct product.

Exchange: We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at support@faeforestfungi.com, and we will process a free exchange for the same product.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to change of mind. This includes preferences regarding flavor, color, packaging style/texture, or personal expectations.

Order Cancellation: We typically ship orders very quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to stop processing, but cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has shipped.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds typically appear in your account within up to 4 business days after processing.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Please have your name, order number, shipping address, and product name ready when contacting us to ensure faster assistance. We will work with you to either replace your item or issue a refund when applicable.
