Shipping Policy

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we ship our mushroom tincture extracts nationwide within the United States.

Shipping Methods: Orders are usually shipped using DHL, UPS, or USPS.

Handling Time: 1–2 days (Monday–Friday)
Transit Time: 1–5 days (Monday–Friday)

Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you will promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If the confirmation email doesn’t arrive immediately, don’t worry — we are aware of the delivery timeframe provided at checkout and will ensure your order ships within that window.

Order Changes:

If you need to make changes to your order, please notify us immediately.

Item Not Recieved:

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.

  2. Contact the courier directly to help locate your package.

Tracking Your Order:

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking information will be available once your tincture has shipped.

Please note: depending on fulfillment needs, products may occasionally ship from different locations.

Taxes:

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all applicable items purchased, unless exempt by law.
