Lions Mane "Steak" with Herb Butter

A meaty and rich way to prepare Lions Mane.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium Lions Mane Mushrooms, cut into 1-inch thick slices

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped

 

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add Lions Mane slices and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.

  3. Add butter, salt, pepper, and herbs, basting the mushrooms for another minute.

  4. Serve as a main dish or side.
